Zack Freed is a Principal at FM Capital and serves as a Board Observer for Dignifi and Ravin. In addition, Zack leads the investment sourcing and due diligence processes for the fund.  

 

Zack has been with the fund since inception and previously worked as an analyst for McCombs Partners, the family office investment arm of Red McCombs. He helped source and lead the investment process for automotive and technology investments.  While at McCombs Partners, Zack also served as the E-commerce Director for the Red McCombs Automotive Team. Here Zack oversaw the selection and implementation of new software vendors for sales and service.

 

Zack holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the Simon Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Rochester. Zack and his family live in Salt Lake City, where they can often be found skiing and camping.
